Yes, I'm an asshole

Regarding Telegram, our team had extensive conversations with the user in question. His concern was about selling his tokens quickly in one transaction, but we advised him to spread the sale based on available pools driven by demand and supply.[...]

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the problem proposed by OP's narrative this far, that's supported by a screenshot, was the inability to withdraw, not to sell his token. Were you saying [this is me asking, not putting words into your mouth] that he has his withdrawal processed as per this time and your team reach him to make a follow-up, encouraging him not to sell his token? Or were you saying you cancel his withdrawal in concern that he'll sell in one transaction thus disrupting the LP?

@Plaguedeath & community

I disagree with the claim that the 1% offer is a Ponzi scheme, as there are clear factual elements that disqualify it. There is no price guarantee, it’s a limited-time offer with a capped supply, and large token sales would naturally result in price corrections. This was a marketing initiative that was well received, with no other complaints raised.

That said, we recognize there was an issue with a user, and we are committed to resolving it promptly. My message to the community is simple:

a) Please contact us if something goes wrong—sometimes emails are missed, which is unfortunate but never intentional.

b) We are not here to harm users; it wouldn’t make sense, especially long-term. With almost a decade of operating, our track record speaks for itself.

Regarding Telegram, our team had extensive conversations with the user in question. His concern was about selling his tokens quickly in one transaction, but we advised him to spread the sale based on available pools driven by demand and supply.

Again, I’m not here to argue. An unhappy player? Unacceptable—it needs to be fixed, no question. We acknowledge the issue, and we will improve our system to catch and resolve such problems more efficiently.

Thank you for your response and input, and wishing you all a great start to the week.

As for the 1% token stake—it's clear that's not a sustainable model by itself.
However, there are crucial factors your community hasn't considered. The 1% offer is time-limited and set to end on 12/31/2024. Users often use their tokens directly on the platform, meaning they play with their funds instead of staking them long-term. Most users stake for short periods, like a month, so it doesn't become a major issue. If a large token sale happens, the price naturally adjusts. We've never claimed the token's value is stable—it's a promotional tool for the platform. To be transparent, there are no users staking significant amounts.
I don't see you mentioned the deadline on your sites https://sharkoin.com/token/

Although the 1% increase is kind of ponzi, but well it's up to you since other coins did the same. What I don't want to see is people complaining if they can't withdraw.

As we already provide internal ticketing, Telegram, and email support, adding even more options would complicate things rather than simplify them. If you haven’t received a response to a ticket or message, please reach out again and also always check your junk/spam folder.
The @OP have contacted one of your Telegram support for a month and a week, if you're not able to reply in Telegram, it's better to remove Telegram as an option to contact your support. There's no reason to keep it when you say having more options make it complicated.

Hello everyone!

We came across this thread after someone from your community reached out to us. First and foremost, it's never ideal when a user feels dissatisfied or an issue arises. That said, we're now in our 9th year of operations, and we always strive to provide the best care and support for our players. While perfection is tough to achieve, we continually do our best.

Regarding Telegram avatars not needing to reflect a user's real picture—this goes without saying and has no connection to legitimacy concerns.

As for the 1% token stake—it's clear that's not a sustainable model by itself.

If anyone is unhappy or something didn’t work out as expected, please reach out to us. We're always happy to assist. In terms of trust and legitimacy, after almost nine years in the industry, it's clear we wouldn’t have come this far if we weren't serious about paying out our users. In fact, we're expanding, with more games to come in addition to our existing lineup of "Fish," "Dice," "Mines," "Wheel of Fortune," "Slots," "Blackjack," and "Crash."

Lastly, we will not outsource player support to external platforms like review sites, forums, or similar channels. As we already provide internal ticketing, Telegram, and email support, adding even more options would complicate things rather than simplify them. If you haven’t received a response to a ticket or message, please reach out again and also always check your junk/spam folder.

Wishing you all a great day ahead!

That is what all those ponzi like schemes or pyramid schemes do. At first, they will pay out to the users who will potentially lure other people into the scheme with their testimonies. Later on, they will just decide to exit scam, leaving everyone who invested in the scheme in limbo.
That's right, and if we examine the contract address of the SHARKOIN token built on BSC, we’ll find high-risk indicators, such as "Token liquidity (pairs) not found" [By De.Fi]. Additionally, the amounts held by the DEV and Top HOLDERS are excessive, revealing it as a Ponzi scheme scam. Furthermore, if we look at the support team's accounts in their official Telegram channel [Here], we'll see that @daniel_jansen and @ManuelMorris use stolen stock photos from Google.

All evidence points to a clear scam, and it should be avoided entirely, as it appears to be a dead and abandoned project, despite the fake statistics they share on their platform.

That's not the problem, I deposit them at the casino to play, and don't accept withdrawals

What I was trying to say was, it is a very good indicator that something is wrong with the platform because 1% daily is scummy hence your funds are in danger.

Pretty much why there should no blind trusting regardless if they were paying for years or nah as reputation could always crumble overnight if the team chose to. I'm not sure if you'll get your money back op... might have to prepare for the worst.

I don't know how these scammers have been working all these years but some of the comments in trustpilot[1] are similar to your story, some were using the service and were able to withdraw and suddenly it started scamming. Such services use pyramid marketing where they help you make a little profit and you recommend it to your friends who get a little profit and then steal their entire investment.

Uhhh 1% daily is a red flag, op. It is simply too high to sustain hence why you'd typically see them with scam services trying to lure victims with high returns-- 1% daily is also 30% monthly.

Also, yes invite other people. It'd be good for your case.

I have doubts about this accusation. First of all, you haven't added any proof here. Moreover, their telegram support has given replies to me quickly when I reached them yesterday. And I can't see any complaints like your one on their telegram group. There is only messages from their bot. How have you found users with the same problem on their telegram group? The website Sharkoin is a casino. They are indeed offering 1% interest on their token.

apart from the daily 1% interest they offer for their token, can you share any evidence(screenshots) that backs up your claims? I am not saying that you are lying but it is always better to have them to show that your claims are not baseless.

Anyway, they have threads created on the forum, but they do not have an announcement thread for their casino. Also, their forum representative seems to have been inactive since 2019 so I am not sure if sending a private message would do anything.

Hey guys
I want to leave my indignation to the website "https://sharkoin.com/" It has turned into a scam, support does not respond, does not accept withdrawals, 2 of my friends have pending withdrawals for more than 2 months, and they are advertising 1% profitability , I contacted several people in the group who have the same problem
