I bet there are a lot of people sitting on the sidelines waiting to buy a load of coins. There is no shortage of demand. The point is there is no immediate demand, and people are holding back in case it drops a bit more each day.

agree if it hits 100$ I would definitely put a few grand into it. Its worth the risk. Also people would stop mining and the difficulty would go down - could be a great thing for it to hit 100$
I hope it has found the floor at 300 and it will go upwards only from here.
Caused a fun flashcrash of almost 10% and then a jump back up to the previous value. BTC is fun!
very interesting times. I have some bitcoins. only invested what I could afford to lose which wasn't much. so I knew this could happen and planned for it. it certainly makes me wonder. I just don't get with all the good things why the price is going down except we are having another Willie from Gox moment. (Yes, I know Willie made the price go up, but what I mean is the price is being manipulated, at one point Gox tried to crash the price too in hopes it could buy back the lost bitcoins on the cheap and then be even)

Just saw a couple of large buys going through bitstamp, something quite definitely seems to be up
It looks like a panic selling because there are people spreading FUD on twitter and other places for some time.
Its likely to be the Feds. Not a longtime holder.
Bitcoin is headed to $100. Hedge appropriately with alts and your other holdings.
