Good news for Latin America
Since it just means the same government carries on power which descended from Lulu before that.

The Worker's Party, pro-BRICS candidate Dilma Rouseff beat the right-wing American sponsored candidate Aecio Neves by 51.64% to 48.36% votes.

Rouseff was supported by the lower-middle class urban dwelling and secular / catholic voters, while Neves got most of his support from the rich, upper middle-class and Protestant / Pentecostal voters.
