The talk now true but very unwise for person to use government failure as an excuse to fail in this digitalize world we are in, I believe too well that information and knowledge speak more in human life once your informed excuse of government and society will not be there for you.
There are people today that don't know if government exist apart from some policy that restrict them in some activities but never hinder their success in life pursue.
My advice to people is to remove government will do or my leaders promise, relative or brother don't hope on anything but hope on what you can do to change your story and remain focus ni matter the forces, I have seen people who don't work in government either any oil company but succeed in there area if development they made and become employers of labour.
When you develop your self government, oil firm and others sector look for you simple example our naija recent goal keeper work no we're but develop himself today everyone want to partner with him in his area of development.

Already me I dey always talk say no be disintegration wey we need for this country as the best way to make things right in this country is to invest in human capital development and resource control like make every state control wetin dey come out for the state den give revenue to the federal government I believe say if the states dem dey autonomous e go help each state develop on their own without depending on the federal government for it's development and e go bring dividends of democracy come closer to the people.

Wetin dey pain me for this country be say our government go say Dem wan invest on infrastructure but na those medium wey Dem dey use dey embezzle public funds all in the name say Dem dey build infrastructure.

Wetin you talk na true o about every individual sorting out ways to survive for we country but you also need to understand say if government no create a favourable and enabling ground for her citizen you go see say nothing wey person go do wey go get better head like that because if the government they give people loans to get capital to involve themselves for businesses wey go help Dem you go see say so many jobless people wey dey d street for don reduce and better still dey create platform wey go dey teach people about some business ideas wey go help and afterwards give Dem some capital to develop such business you go see say the economy go dey grow.

I don been talk am before and I go reiterate again, until we begin use those resource when baba God give us take solve our problems, we go continue to de like slaves for the hands of this foreigners.

The funny thing here be say most politician don see am as competition to see which governor go build more infrastructure than the other. Dem go de call Thierselves Mr project while the project na mere bridges when no get any long term impact for the lives of the average citizens and till most of Thier administration finish, you no go take eye see any serious training when Dem give to the youths to take help build Thier capacity.

Like my former governor when use billions of naira take build more than ten fly overs, imagine say him invest like half of that money into creating a standard technical training centre for industrial student to be trained during Thier industrial attachment. Do you know how valuable that would have been? But like you talk am, Na infrastructural development de Thier mind and wetin be the benefit when the masses go get from am? To  just Waka untop the bridges without jobs and with empty stomach and you feel you've developed the State? It's a shame.

I gree wella with you, and d reason na say I don sabi say plenti of our leaders dey chook eye for infrastructural development because e be like say na di easiest way wey dem fit take collect money from government purse, and e no go too easy to trace am because dem feel say since dis bridges, roads, and oda infrastructure projects dey cost money well well, dem fit hide their own chop-chop inside. Na why dem dey put plenty priority for infrastructure projects.

Make I take am as introduction, e no bad at all for any government to do infrastructural development because e dey make life beta for pipo, e dey make movement easy, and e still dey contribute to di development of di country. But di wahala be say for Naija, e be like say dem no dey focus on both infrastructure and human capital development at di same time. Dem dey make noise only about infrastructure, while human capital development dey suffer.

Any country wey no dey invest for di skills and knowledge of dia pipo, especially for place like Naija wey get over 210 million pipo, na big problem be dat. Many pipo no dey productive sake of say dem never train dem well, and dis na one of di reason why we dey see plenty young pipo just dey idle about, and dis one dey even cause more insecurity for di country.

For Naija to move forward, e dey important well well for government to focus on developing di skills and knowledge of di pipo. Di government suppose balance am well well, make dem no just put all di money for infrastructure without also dey invest for human capital development. If dem no do am, e go be di beginning of di end for di country, no matter how plenty infrastructure projects dem do.

brother Wetin you dy talk no be lie, our government no just reason that human development side, dem dy more concern with infrastructural development and mostly their pockets, but as an individual wey dy reason well, you no sopos wait for government for you to put your life in other, because if you wait for them, before you go realize, na poverty go dy knock on your door, so to me, wetin I go advice na for you to invest more in yourself, because no knowledge and investment in yourself is a waste, so anything wey you dy do, no forget say the best investment for this life, na the ones you do on yourself, so no go wait for government wey no get ur time oo.

One of the major issue we have as a nation is that we rely more on building roads, bridges, fly overs and lots of infrastructural projects while neglecting the human that are the most important factor that if giving the needed attention will drive development to the nation better than these roads and bridges.

Most governor's will come in and one of the top agenda in thier plan is to link roads and build fly overs while neglecting  training of the citizens and thereby depending on external personal for most of the jobs that we should have been doing for ourselves.

Communities that play host to most oil companies prefer to get peanuts from these company rather than making it a major demand that thier citizens be trained and employed into meaningful positions in the firm. They will prefer to work as security personnel or handle a casual position while the company employs and pay huge amount of money to an external person to do the job we would have been trained to do.

If we fucose more on developing ourselves and depending more on ourselves for jobs in our nation, it will go a long way in reducing the rate of unemployment and dependence on external workforce to a very large extent.
