We are interested in development of human-on-chip, lab-on-chip, organ-on-chip and other new and efficient methods for drug development, using  previous experience with our company Digital BioPharm ltd. and in collaboration with several universities.
This will enable fast and efficient screening and preclinical/clinical trials candidates for drug development and fast evaluation of adverse and non desirable effects before drugs enter clinical trials, which will substantially reduce costs and increase speed of new medicines development.

There are several major high-throughput screening methods in drug discovery:

- Standard robotised high-throughput screening for cellular and biochemical assays

- DNA-tags method. Quite fast and efficient, high profits if done appropriately

- Organ-on-chip method, when several tissues and fluids between them are modelled on a small chip-like template.

Is it real to raise about 20-40 millions usd funds for creation of the center of excellence for drug development and discovery using ICO/STO process?
For 20m, it's quite possible - even 40m too despite the market bleeding out. However, the ICO model of last year are outdated and wouldn't make you a million based on my experiences across several ICOs. Of course, someone may argue that STOs will fare better, but it's a case of tomayto tomahto to me. Could have more to share if you're interested. Feel free to PM

Thank you for the answer! I've sent PM to you!

I am enthusiastic about market overall and it's a big pain what happens now. What can be done with that? How to protect investors?
The philosophy of blockchain and crytpocurrencies is that it should be technological, rather than regulatory and political solution.
So, let s discuss this.
Right now we are looking for different DAO/DAICO/DAC/DAG etc. models.
Recently I was on EOS Block Producers meeting and I like their suggestions. Previously we were considering ethereum only as DAICO model, but now we consider EOS Also.
