Yes, we need global reform because our societies and governments are selfish and doesn't work for the global purpose and humanity but their own, particular interest.
because of this we are destroying our resources, water, nature, global weather changing etc.
Real question is who can start such global reform?
Religions leaders?
NGO leaders?
UN?

Maybe we could start a new religion that embraces those values and encourages people to at least tolerate other people if not - better - accept them as they are.
But then again, I guess humanism covers most of those aspects already. It's an interesting thing, learn about it!!!

Yes we need global reform , but some strong people want to be a leader of world ( and they need a war to be a leader ! )
