He also finished Filipino ANN thread translation for Aventus, so I think he's from Philippines.
At some point I started helping Aventus with the bounty campaign, it was managed not so well (IMO), most likely the acc buyer doesn't speak English well. I noticed, that most parts of Bounty thread were copied too.
If he doesn't speak English well, he's not able to manage bounty campaign and shouldn't offer his services...

If there's no time set then it is automatically permanent like any other users who also copy paste. Judging from how you construct it, are you banned atleast once before this?
