Huobi can't even provide basic level customer support in understandable English, so you can bet your left sock that they will provide horrible customer support over in Russia.

No one gives a damn about them in this market, and I'm not even sure if they ever positively contributed to crypto in general. We shouldn't forget that this was one of the exchanges literally terrorizing the Chinese market back then by allowing HF traders to squeeze out every penny of people. It was a massive shitshow where people were tricked into thinking Chinese exchanges were such a big deal because of their volumes.

Less Huobi = better for this market, the same applies to their friends over at OKEx. Rubbish.

It's fine that they're expanding but there are ways for Russian citizens to buy Bitcoin now. What makes you think that a new exchange will persuade more of them to do it?
If it was a big exchange opening in a country where there was none it would be huge news.
We don't need more exchanges. We need more businesses to accept cryptocurrencies.

They are not just about to open new exchange. They are about to open new mining farms in Russia now when it would seem mining is no longer attractive. Also Huobi Russia entered into a partnership with the Plekhanov University and will be engaged in the development of an educational initiative for the elaboration of Russian blockchain projects.

So it's much more than just a(nother one) sub-division of the exchange.  Smiley

Before the crash under $6k there has been alot of good news that many have been thought to pump the price just a little but the other way around happened. I believe that more traders are playing than those who are fundamentalist and it's their time now if it hits the bottom.

Crypto stil has a long way to go  and for price to recover it needs more than this kind of news.  This is a good step towards the global adoption of crypto currency
