Somehow it keeps up the trust of people on every incident. Though these incidents cause a negativity, the recovery and refunding to the users make its reputation grow high than going low. Being the top cryptocurrency exchange platform isn't a simple thing. Recently during a hack the lost funds on Binance were settled to the users from its own reserve which won't be done by other exchange services.
Is next the suing of those scam developers?
the author of the Coindesk article in the OP said that they haven't gotten a reply from the exchange about what they're going to do next. But given how compliant the scammer was to return all the stolen funds the moment he was asked to, who knows, maybe they won't be as harsh as they initially wanted to in courteither way, good work from Binance, recovered all the stolen funds + this will give them some free publicity...thing is that some crypto newcomers might feel a false sense of safety by leaving their coins on the exchange rather than in their own wallets after reading this news, they'd be like "well, if something happens to my coins, they'll recover it asap", hmmm 🤔

What more can I say, they have the resources they need to fight this kind of fraudulent act. Definitely, they have dedicated personnel to address these delicate situations. Another plus points for Binance here. This is the reason why they are trusted by so many traders.

They should at least release the information they got about him because once a scammer always a scammer. He's going to play dead for a while and come back with another idea.

They always assure that investors and traders funds are save, its not advisable to keep your funds on centralized exchanges but I really don't have this fear of keeping my fund on binance. If the total amount of funds under binance get hack, I believe cryptocurrency entirely will collapsed

yes, Binance has done a great job and of course I also expect more to the Binance platform especially not to easily accept Defi coins on the platform or remove some bad Defi projects that have been listed there. I have loved Binance since it was first launched, despite being hit by hackers,
but the team is trying to keep funds safe, I appreciate that that.
It is part of the benefit of trading on centralized exchange especially those that offer a form of insurance for traders in case of scam and hacks not to talk of petty help such as traders mistakenly sending a token to a wrong address within binance network. There certainly are brainy people on Binance. Unlike previous exchanges, they try to keep their users with building trust and feeling of security around them. No wonder they are a clear leader on crypto market for years now. One of the interesting thing I loved about them is they sent me an email this morning about a blog from them that called Defi to be the future. At first, I feel bad about it, because the crypto exchange that I was used since 2017, has silently infiltrated by scammers and used it as their launchpad, It is clear evidence that in the crypto space you can't trust anyone, even a trusted site like Binance has become a victim. But thanks to the Binance security team for the successful recovery of that stolen funds, it was proven that Binance is really a trusted brand. I hope that it will not happen anymore.

binance are really trying thier best to protect thier name and they wont allow not a single scratch on it because they already made a big reputation on the trading industry . we think or they think that being hack the most is a bad thing but we realized that it was an additional points to them to make the exchange more trusthworthty, lets expect that this awesome performance done by binance wont fade because after this news there are still new people that are going to switch for binance because they think their funds are insured .

Shame to all other exchanges that aren't doing all they can to retrieve stolen funds from scammers, binance will always be 10 steps forward ahead of other exchanges, this is the only crypto exchange that intentionally want the best for crypto projects and investors combined.

Of course binance is the best exchange in crypto world right now, they tend to make crypto become successful on the long run, IEO is able to gain a strong foundation thanks to binance and few other top exchanges, without them this crypto space will be too unsafe for investors, I wish then all the best
This is good. Actually if they keep doing thing like this and being all responsible while succesfully recovers the scammed money on top of that they will easily gain more trust. I mean I know I'm stating the obvious but the fact that they did this far and manage to recovers the fund is some serious commitment. Hopefully other platform follow this example and the funds delivered back to the rightful owner.

This is a job well done, binance team are very capable of anything and I wish many projects will learn from them, they get to this stage because of their hardworking, binance team really have what it takes to help crypto get better and grow it's adoption rate too, I do wish other projects team are just like binance team
As expected on Binance, they committed to recover those money and there you go, they are slowly collecting those money and soon will distribute to the real owners.
This is why we have to deal with the top exchanges always because they care on their users and they care to protect their own reputation. This is a big challenge to other exchanges, I hope they can do the same thing. Well done to Binance team but there are still some grey area in the explanation given. Good that Binance was able to recover the fund but what if they were not, those gullible traders/investors that got rugged must learn their lessons, do not trust any new projects especially those that their identity are not known

Every day, Binance keeps proving it is the best exchange in the crypto space, ranging from good volume, to large users/traders, professional teams, fiat support, advanced user interface and many more. This also shows that to an extent, a hack can be tracked and crypto recovered as well and of course Binance team has taken the lead in that as well. One thing I have comes to understand about the Binance team is that, they are always eager to take steps that will keep them ahead of other exchanges in this way convincing users that they are reliable. Lastly, as it stands, I do not think there is an exchange that can overtake Binance in any way.

Great article by the way. I always admired CZ for his greatness. I am really impress with some of his deed and development he did on his exchange. I think every months they always release some new progress and products on their exchange that seems to be favorable to their traders.They continue to work hard and this is the result of those sacrifices, now the trust of many investors and traders are on Binance.

Im very glad to see that we have trusted exchange site. i din't care whether it will be a centralized or decentralized entity. As long as it's trusted and it's fine.
