2 ways as explained...

1-work and try to get the long codes from your phone...rooted phone..

2-contact the 2FA owner and send an email with all details that you know on your account...transactions...etc you remember..but at the end their choice to accept or not..nicehash accepted mine but binance is trading platform...not sure how they rules are strict

If you didn't save them when setting up the 2FA, you can't.

The only thing you can do is follow this instructions to reset your 2FA.

If you have the backup code, then install Google authenticator app and use it.
If you do not have it then you'll have to contact the exchange (Binance) to prove its your account.

Write in support of this issue.
And when you first connected the 2PA, a secret code was shown, where you can restore everything.
And the responsibility for its storage, lies with the user.
