I am not posting this here to make BoneSoul look bad. I was just updating the information of both pool's status based on my own research while trying to implement a working pool.

very nice im interrested, i think ill run a testserver and see how it goes.
but i dont see why the Switch from coiniumserv to hypeengine?
serve the modern Needs? what are those?
pay for plugins?

I am currently looking into helping with this project, I have a test platform up and hypeengine installed and awaiting doge to finish downloading blockchain.

Will we be able to put in custom algorithms? I am currently trying to make another pool software to work with Argon2d coins.

proud to be back to scene. i've been lately quite busy but the good news is I'm back to scene.
best of all, we've just started our new project **hypepool**, the pooled mining server software. For the ones whom do not know me, I'm the author of CoiniumServ ( https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/coiniumserv-open-source-high-performance-pooled-mining-server-software-604476 ), yet another quite popular pool server sofware.
Adding on top strengths of CoiniumServ, hypeengine will serve the modern needs for crypto currency mining.
As expected, the main hypeengine package will be open source though we'll be providing advanced addon packages (like support for multi-pool mining).
You can basically start following the repo right now and even contribute even though the repo is still in early development stages; https://github.com/bonesoul/hypepool
I'm looking forward to hear from you guys about your expectations and feature requests.
