Anyone want me to invest their money for them?

It is more logical for you to provide background checking or screening services.

I think this entire thread is off topic. It's also inane, unnecessarily negative, reactionary and mean spirited.

Shouldn't this be in Off-Topic? Where's the speculation?
We speculate that OP is a moron.

Looking at the support emails, it appears a response was sent to you 25 hours after your message, instead of the 24 hours you were expecting.

From my point of view it was like so:
1) you declare that you will solve money input and output in 24 hours
2) I sent you a request
3) you were visiting this forum (made some posts) and ignoring my mail
4) only when i made public post, you replied me

We apologize for this delay.

Ok, I accept your appology.

I, for one, am outraged!

I as well. Let me tell you a bit about how I found this thread, see. I was scrolling through the topics list and when I saw this thread I spit up the hot chocolate I was drinking all over my laptop. The ridiculousness of the topic is beyond bearable. Just imagine-- right after Cryptoxchange goes public, a copycat exchange by the name of "Crypro X Change" comes out. The absurdity is maddening!

Hello ArsenShnurkov,

Looking at the support emails, it appears a response was sent to you 25 hours after your message, instead of the 24 hours you were expecting. We apologize for this delay.

If you need very quick support, I recommend our Live Support link at the top of the page, as there is usually a representative who can help you in real-time.

Regards,
-Crypto X Change

Wow, someone's complaining about 1 hour?  I understand it's "not what the website said" but wow that's crazy.  Be realistic peeps!  Especially, on a weekend.  Then again, it's not my $ they were dealing with, so I dunno...

Oh well. At least OP is not talking about CryptoXchange. Whoever these Crypro X Change people are though, they sound like they're just trying to copy Cryptoxchange's name and steal their business.

Are you sure 24 hr didn't mean 24 business day hours?

If it did - then that sort of misleading marketing would be even worse than just failing to keep to a target.

Same exchange is same.

Without detracting from their intentions and the broken promise, I have to say, anyone who actually thinks a new exchange can do things radically different is on crack.

I'm sure they're trying their best to do things as fast as possible, but let's look at how Mt. Gox for a moment as to how long it took them to handle support alone when they first started.

Again, broken promises are broken promises, but I don't think anyone is surprised frankly.

Cryptoxchange: Don't promise what you can't deliver. Thanks.

I complained about 1 hour of delay.
But how did I know, that they will answer at all, when they said about 24 hours and didn't reply?

Thanks for the answer anyway.
