You need ASIC mining hardware. You can't mine with CPU or GPU with CGMiner anymore.
Also CGMiner has it's own support thread so you probably should post here.

Hi anyone out there who want lear me how to mine bitcoin whit Cg miner i have dl. it down but dont know how to make it work
