You are going to have a hard time getting a contract from the employers if you are not providing which projects you have managed before. I haven't seen you actually manage a bounty campaign here in the forum so I suspect this is an alt account?
Its best if you just use your old account where you manage being a community manager than developing a new account that obviously won't earn the trust of the people.
