The user in question is definitely a SCAMMER. I contacted the user to ask for an exchange and he sent me wallet screenshot which is the same identical to the one posted by vareole in his channel. I remember that vareole is a SCAMMER. So either it's the same user, or the OP has copied the screenshot of vareole wallet and passes it off as his. Either way, it's definitely a SCAMMER. I don't recommend trading with the OP.

Binance does this with lower fee.
Monero-Bitcoin has now atomic swap too (I don't know how it works though).
So you offer a service already existing and you are also more expensive than the existing service. I suggest you consider trying to do something else. Or something else too, until you earn trust (if you are honest and not just a scammer wannabe)
You are a newbie, hence, as said, zero trust. One can send you money and you can disappear, since you have nothing to lose. So if you want to do this you may have to use reputed escrow until you build up trust. However, this means at least some more transaction fees and, as I already said, I find your offer already expensive.
I don't want to buy nor sell. I tried to offer some advices. Use them or not, it's your sole problem.

Firstly, you are a newbie here with no trading history whatsoever. That means zero trust. Secondly, you charge 2% which is quite high, especially since you are a newbie. Unless you find an escrow from the forum, I doubt that you can find anyone to trade with you.
