It would be useful for you to find possible costumers around here if you showed some of your portfolio/previous work to us all, just an advice to make your offer more appealing it would help with the fact you seem to be new around here.
If you can't immediately show us or make reference to the websites you have already helped to code/build, you should get permission from your former employers so you can do so.
