But it is hard to know what his intentions are since he's been asking for no collateral loans for some time with his newbie account, even when he has been denied a previous loan.

He just wants to give the brave bowser reward because he can't withdraw it . Brave browser reward is not supported in India so he is giving away it .

if you want to give away so just give the account to 5 different people. Brave browser reward is not supported in India that is sad news.

Even though he is from India, I think what he wrote there is clear enough unless if you can't understand English. And I don't think that marketplace can help him. That's a good exchange platform but I don't think it's possible for him for now to send the BAT directly to that site but he first needs to withdraw it to Gemini (I think Uphold can also work) and once the token is in there, that would be the time that he can send it to a crypto exchange or to any crypto wallets.
