In #Bitcoin me trust
You are confused man, it means 3,54 TL (3TL + KDV) but if you don't want to use exchange in Turkey, you can use Bitstamp safely.

Thank you I just tried it , I made a test withdrawal of 11TL Smiley from btcturk to papara and received it in few seconds TL 0.13 fees Smiley

Amount: -11,03 TRY

Fee:0,11 TRY
VAT:0,02 TRY

You've done it right. Keep going Smiley

But, next time instead of Papara, try any bank account under your name to withdraw.

A quick tip, if you withdraw less than 300TRY, prefer Papara because it's instant. For 300TRY withdrawal, you'll pay 1% + 18% VAT (of 1%) so that means you'll be charged 3.54TRY for instant withdraw. But if the amount is higher, try a bank account -preferably Akbank or Vakifbank- you'll pay a fixed fee of 3.54TRY even you withdraw 500,000TRY. But bank withdraw must be within 9am and 4:45pm if your bank is not Akbank or Vakifbank. If you have an account from Akbank or Vakifbank, you can deposit or withdraw 7/24 (within 15 mins)

It is not true, you can use Paribu and Btcturk safely without paying %18 KDV (It is for exchange's earning, not your). Furthermore, i recommend you Bitstamp to do wire transfer but you don't want to use international exchanges, i recommend Paribu or Btcturk. Ziraat Bankasi or Enpara, it doesn't matter. You can swift by using bank which you want.

it is free to deposit money from bank to btcturk but when withdrawing money from the exchange to bank they will take 3TL + VAT (%18)

i think it is better to withdraw from bitstamp to Ziraat

You need to use the SWIFT to transfer here from the European cryptocurrency exchanges. But it takes time.

My advice, if you open an account on Turkish exchanges such as Btcturk or Paribu, you can transfer the money directly to Turkish banks.

Thanks yes i know swift take time, but i am not sure which banks allow it.

Turkish exchange have high prices than European exchanges also i read you have to pay VAT ( which is 18% i guess) to withdraw to bank account if it true this is ridiculous :/

Thank You all

Yes i am only planning to deal with small amount, I do have residency and tax number. and ziraat bankasi account, but I can't find the option how to transfer money abroad it only allow transfer to Turkish banks, I just wander which other bank does allow transferring money to European exchanges like bitstamp and kraken.

I will try Enpara although they require that customers MUST know Turkish . but i will try it anyway since you mentioned they allow international transaction .

Thank You.

yes its not illegal but there isn't any procedure for cryptocurrency. But i think you are foreigner so high amount transaction may create a problem for you. And also if you want to deposit high amount money some banks wants to document which how you get that money. Ziraat bank is one of the biggest bank in Turkey with many branch and atm machine. So if you want to use another bank for easily reachable those are good choice for you >İsbank, garanti and akbank

Edit: I didn't think Enpara maybe they dont accept foreigners. So I checked their website 'If you are living in Turkey more than 6 month, you have a identification number and also if you can speak Turkish' you can apply for account. Maybe speaking Turkish isn't necessary therefore you should call them because enpara is totally free in Turkey and if you want to make international transaction their fee is cheaper than others i left here their contact details.

Crypto trade is not legal or forbidden in Turkey. There is no regulation about it. So there will be no problem with your account. It shouldn't be. But you have to careful all the time. High amount of transaction may require investigate your activiy. Don't take any risks.
