I thought that OP is just buying this just to make the coin active. But if he's seriously buying this token, those who are holding it and just treating it as a dust token, time to sell it for real money.
Make sure to deal with an escrow.

Unfortunately, but from IDEX has been delisted. Same happened with 9coin - actually this exchange probably turned in to a scam.
Anyway the only way to trade is private trade, or via some dex that I will arrange with the seller. (Can be Etherdelta, but no offers there)
If someone have other, safe for both sides suggestion, I will also consider it.
