The only bitcoin bank that has ever existed was FlexCoin, who got hacked and had to close. They didn't offer interest anyway.

higher the interest rate, higher the chance the person is a scammer. And the site won't help you recover shit. they get a profit out of it.. as they have since day one... yet they still do not help when someone scams.
Why would just 1.0% interest satisfy you ? You can invest in BTCjam you will have a much higher interest rate over there.
