Some of the main ones are:
Wafflepool.net (Fairly good alround)
Middlecoin.com (Though this one has gone into meltdown recently, losing half it's regulars).
Clevermining.com (Only good for US customers, no EU nodes)
Multipool.us
Hashcow.com

Funny you mentioned multipool.us I always received about 50% of what coinwarz told me I should get from my hashrate. I think their "real fee" is like 30%. Still better than most pools that skim off 50% and show 0% fee like smalltimeminer.net

middlecoin.com and clevermining.com are good
The ones that do NOT announce the coins they are mining, tend to give higher payouts.
