Might I suggest an easier solution? My pool already can do what you need. At https://prohashing.com you can choose which coin to mine and which coin to be paid out in from over 150 available coins. Prohashing is not like the other pools where you are stuck with mining whatever the operator chooses (although this still is an option); if you want you can be in complete control of what to mine.

I use https://hash-to-coins.com/ which is good for me.
But i am looking for private pool software which i can setup on my own hardware and control which coin i need to mine.
