You should add more are you hiring staff or affiliates? these are two different positions, if you are hiring staffs you should state his weekly or monthly payment, you should right away state this on your post to avoid confusion, this is not the way to hire people especially on an exchange, you should give us full details of what you want and what we are going to expect.
