You should have understand and money if you want to start new Alt coin
It is not worth it. All these new coins are doing is trying to take the place of another coin with nothing to offer. I can make another wheel, but is it better than the wheel already in play? If you have to answer that question as a NO, then all you are doing is wasting time giving us something I already have!!
To start you really need to have either excellent programming skills or huge money . After the start you will have to distribute some so that it might get some popularity and you might take it to exchanges after getting enough market capital .
