I think they started removing the 2fa feature for email. I also experienced the same thing only this week when I login with my blockchain wallet I was surprised that my wallet opened right away because i'm used to opening my email and waiting for the confirmation link. I stopped using authy before just because of this feature now I need to download it again.
No, blockchain wallet still has this feature, I just tried to open a new blockchain wallet to test this issue encountered by many people. I tried to login and received an authorized email then tried to logout many times with the same browser without changing my ip address, and yes I just logged in without confirmation link. But when I tried using incognito mode and different browser and now it requires a confirmation link so...

Which email service provider you are using? You should use gmail to get rid of all this delays they have but I like to suggest you to contact their support with your email address so they can fix their issues with your email provider. Then when you will have access to your wallet don't forget to move to another wallet like electrum that doesn't require any login confirmation and way secure than any web wallets.

You know what after seeing a thread with a similar issue to you i immediately withdrew all of my bitcoins from there and will not using their service anymore, this is not the first time, some people also facing the same problem with you, you might contact their costumer service but i doubt that they will reply your ticket soon all you have to do is just waiting and checking all of folders on your email account, i hope your problem will be fixed soon.

There are so many blockchain.in users are experiencing this issue since then, even in their facebook page a lot of people complaining about this, and they posted an update about the fix of this issue on their twitter account I guess I cant remember where I read those but in behalf of those message people still complaining.

I saw someone post the same exact thing somewhere about not getting his email to approve the login, if it's general problem rest assured that it's going to be fixed soon.
