Lot's of people here are thinking you are going to scam them and that's the reason no one so far reply to your message. But i truly believe you are going to make good thing. Good luck to you. By the way why 17000$? If you can show some calculation for building it will help to believe that you are not going to scam.

Nepal is one of the poorest countries in the world and there are no school in rural part or villages of nepal.Since they have no school to go to, they are being exploited into child labour and child trafficking.Little girls are sold into prostitution across the border into India. This school which I am trying to build in their village will give them much needed education.Which will help them to get jobs, create jobs, help people in the community by being doctor, nurses, teachers, clerks, businessman etc. After the school is built there will be an inauguration day when the school plaque will be unveiled. The school plaque will contain names of people who donates minimum $1000 USD in Bitcoins, other alt coin or in real currency. The school may give free lunch to the children which will attract the children to attend the school and their parents to send them to the school. Many parents think it is better off their children working than going to school due to poverty which results child labour and trafficking.

I am from a village in Nepal but now living in Uk.I got a degree from uk univeristy. My uncle's son who is 35 years old now went village school in rural part of Nepal and has been teacher for last 13 years in much developed part of Nepal called Pokhara. He is doing good for his family. This is all due to his education which he got as a child. He used to wake up early morning, do some chores like feeding cattle and clean the cattlehouse and walk 1 hour bare feet to the school. Many children dont wear shoes still due to poverty.Even I didn't wear a pair as child in nepal. He was very good at studies since his childhood and it was not a big surprise when he got a job as a teacher at a prestigious school in the Pokhara city of Nepal.

There are possibilities of good life for poor children in Nepal if they can get education. So Please help me to make this dream come true.Needless to say this might generate some media attention.
