I've noticed this confusion myself. I agree in spirit, but in practice it seems like all the "selling BTC, buying national" posts are here, and all the "selling national, buying BTC" posts are in Buying.
I bought 13 from him and it went as smoothly as it could. 9 confirmations on it already, so the coins are mine! My very first BTC (not counting my .02 from the faucet).
I bought 8 BTC from him, transaction isn't fully confirmed yet but he delivered on his end promptly. Good seller.

i only have 50 btc so if want them you need to hurry. i am willing to negotiate price. pm if you are interested. i have done business with Garrett Burgwardt so i am trust worthy. i will require at least half the money first be sent to my PayPal address before i send the bitcoins, and then the next half after i send the btc.
