The payment between the buyer and the seller, sila na naguusap nyan.
Kung bitcoin, most likely, yung buyer meron din pesos, the government fees and taxes portion paid in pesos. The bulk of the payment between buyer and seller, pwede na bitcoin. Or meron sila usapan, but instead of post-dated checks, eh, bitcoin payment every month.
1 BTC per month for 8 years, or probably equivalent Philippine pesos converted to BTC.
Thank you for the insightful reply.
Most transactions approximate the zonal value of the land. But in the case for corporations, it may be a different matter. The corporation owns the land. Hence, the transfers would be through the shares of stock. I need to do more research on this, but I really appreciate the good reply. Maraming salamat po!
**Edit: Lamudi has reinstated my listing - they wanted to do an interview before, but that was before BTC experienced a correction related to the Status ICO. I told them that the price was too volatile, making it infeasible. If you are interested this is the link again[/url]. But if they really want to interview me, I told them, give me some time to borrow some funds so that I can renovate. It's a fixer upper.
