Do you have any way to get some prepaid sim card in your country that not need any id card? that would be much more safe because if someone is doing illegal stuff you will not have any problems

The more I think about it the more I believe you are right. Anyways, I put it out there about my writing. If anyone think they can put me to work I would gladly like to take on the task.
On hotmail or even gmail you can not use it unlimited time it will tell you that this number can not be used to verify the account
IMO my title is pretty straight forward, and $4 for a phone number they can use over and over is a good price.

I thought you are asking for a phone verification and offering $4 as the reward. Better to change your tittle and OP as well so it will not lead misunderstanding. And dont forget to reduce the amount you ask for, $4 for phone verification is kinda too expensive imo.
