3rd create aws acc using domain email (for faster reply from support use business subsciption support)

4th Register for AWS SNS (in region which you want to apply for ses)
5th add your domain email and domain to aws ses and verify both of them
6th apply for ses and wait for response

STAGE 3
Everything is same like in stage 2 expect you must have some web developing skills.
After buying domain and creating aws acc you will have to create some simple, but real webpage.
