CEX has suspended mining because the current USD/BTC price is below their minimum maintenance fees.

If BTC reaches or exceeds $366.139 (this target will increase with "btc difficulty" over time) then presumably CEX will re-activate its mining operations.

Right now you're trading non-mining GH/s based on speculation that it might be re-activated at some point in the future.

yeah, they mine automatically but you need a minimum amount of 25 GHS to start mining and the ROI is very slow there

the worker is for people who want to use ghash.io as a pool and connect their own miner at home to the pool. not you.
just leave it and the earning will be added to your balance but i am not sure if you can earn anything with the amount of maintenance fee you have to pay.

Yes, it is cloud mining contract, it will mine automatically without doing anything! But I have to tell you that the ROI will be very long, maybe you will have a loss. Cloud mining is not profitable anymore! You can have this small amount of contract for fun!
