XRP is the altcoin it's called a ripple I sold 30,000 of them in 2013 which today would be almost $9k but I have 2 BTC in my ripple wallet and can't figure out how to get them out of it.
2 BTC in Ripple wallet? What wallet are you using? Maybe you should try to contact wallet support, it could be a technical problem.
Check to see if you can update/upgrade your wallet.
How did you disabled rippling? Try enabling it if you think that is causing the problem.

I bought them from this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=201108.40

When I try to exchange them I get "Exchange not available for this currency pair" I received these for ALL of the ripple I got originally and now it looks like I can't use them.

Idk if this is related to the tradefortress scam
