Even if it's bulk you're buying, I don't think anyone here will sell it to you at the price range you have given. That's like saying to give away their bitcoins to you. Try at least to raise it to $2,300 and that, IMO, is a fair deal considering the extra 16 is for the fee to handle the transaction costs.
Yes, even if its a bulk buying too users won't sell their holding to such a price when we have got lots of exchange as well trading platform to sell at the market price. You could try with traders in the forum and bargain, opening an thread here doesn't gonna help you get bitcoin at this price and maybe if you can wait for few more weeks you might get as the price has been decreasing gradually.

Who will sell bitcoin at much lowered price than on the market.

But I think I understand what you are trying to do. There are some people who are in rush to cashout and you want to offer them your price to get rid of time when dealing in an exchange. I will tell you, it's not applicable in general as that kind of doings can obviosuly be done only by person to person transaction in your local community and not on the whole community.

Example here in my country:

Person 1 want to cashout but he is not verified. Our local exchanger here requires verification (no way we can cashout bitcoins here with the use of exchanger not based on our country) to cashout. So he asked Person 2 to do cashout for him with the rates he offered. As you can see it's only possible within the same country since cashout options are obviously just available from the people of that said country.

I think you are referring to US prices only and no one will sell you at 2200 $ when market is already offering 2350 $.
Really you think any one will sell you at those rate then good luck.

i buy many BTC

price negotiable depend on amount....

looking for best offers,

Why would I sell to you with your shitty trust vs an exchange? Their rates are a hell of a lot better too, but you already know that.

LOL. That is a discounted price you are offering there bro. I am sure no one will buy such offer. The price is higher everywhere. Yours is the lowest so this offer might wait for some time until BTC's price will dip some more. For the mean time, earn some through services here, the waiting might be forever.  Wink

If you think as 2100-2200 EUR, the price is great Smiley
But I guess that you meant 2100-2200 USD. Now everybody tells that your offer is to low. If the price drops heavily you may end up with PMs, but you will not want to buy anymore.

So you have to rely on exchanges like everybody else. This saves the trust/escrow issues too.
Thats what im assuming too if its on EURO then it would be a great deal but seems like on USD then only dumb persons would only tend to sell their bitcoin to you its soo cheap and its lower compared on to its recent price as of now and i would rather choose up on selling on a exchange than selling it to you. Price of bitcoin is gradually clinging up again and seeing cheaper coins would be nearly impossible as of now.

Why would they? That's like 5% less than spot price right now.

People will rather sell at current prices than sell it to you. Unless you're offering something better than "more money" then I don't think anyone would be interested in your offer. Good luck though.

Exactly, the current price has recovered already and I doubt someone in the right frame of mind would sell to you right now. You are offering bargain price and no one will bite that price. If you don't have the money then wait till the price goes down more, maybe after Aug 1. But now, nah, seriously doubt that.
Too detrimental if someone wants to sell at you the price is setabil and they can sell at the desired price.
The price you write is too cheap better keep your money trying to see the market more thoroughly for your income.
i think those people who will like to sell bitcoin at 2100$ to 2200$, they are selling it in panic. otherwise i do not think that there any other reason to sell bitcoin in such a low price i think think it is not the best time to sell bitcoin in such price.

Price on preev now is $2,350 so who do you think is willing to sell at $2,100-$2,200. But if you are talking about this;
If you think as 2100-2200 EUR

Many will be glad to sell their bitcoins to you. Why not just buy in an exchange, it's hassle free and fast.

He's looking for a quick profit but we all know no one would sell him bitcoins within that price range. Also if there would be a person that would sell bitcoins to OP I advice you to check his trust first before trading or use an escrow.

Why will anyone sell you at that price when they can get 250 to 300$ more in any exchanges??
If your rate was marginal or to the sell price of exchanges then someone might get interested in your offer. Otherwise, no one will be interested in your offer.

You can waiting the price recovery to $2300-$2400 for selling BTC if you scared before Segwit2x or think Segwit2x can make the price of Bitcoin breakdown. Maybe in weekend, I think this is best time to sell

Now why would we want to do that? We can sell BTC at real market prices thats slightly higher than that giving us a better deal. Traders even at Localbitcoins offer better deals than that.
