Some of you might have come across a few of these sites before whereas for others it could be completely new. I suggest that you spread out your backlink building say over a few weeks and not to bombard all of the sites on the same day. This type of negative action could get you slapped with a penalty by Google for building too fast because linkbuilding needs to be at a natural pace and not too fast.
