One day i forgot my password and i contacted their support. I guess it is only one or two faggots . I tried the link for forgotten password and then i received the reset password link. When i click it says to put my new pass and then when i try to log in with the new pass it just do not let me in saying wrong pass !!! I tried their support and they are just answering me that they are escalating the ticket and after several day asking if the problem is resolved. And this is for 3 months now!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK CRYPTSY!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SCAM SITE!!!!
Make sure you copied and pasted just the password, extra whitespace can include invisible html that will mess up the password.
I had to reset my password through a support ticket a few weeks ago, but had no money on the exchange so I left my new temporary password in place until tonight. I sent some Doge over, sold it and tried to withdraw.
Apparently if you change your own password withdrawals are frozen for 24 fucking hours. What the mother fuck is that shit. I can't change my own password without freezing myself into their shitexchange for 24 long ass hours.
I am sticking to my new favorite, Poloniex and I am hoping bittrex and swisscex get more volume because they are awesome exchanges.
