Topic: I cannot withdraw BTC from MtGox (Read 584 times)
My queue number when I submitted ID was about 1200 or so. It only took 3 days to get verified though. I hope Mt Gox has upped their processing staff since then!
I only have one account on MtGox (but as already mentioned have accessed it over multiple IPs).

Also, if you only just sent in your documents you will be pretty far back in line to get verified just sit tight and everything should pan out fine.
I'm having trouble cashing out the bitcoin a I've mined, I created a new address on http://bitaddress.org and got the private key. I used the address on a pool and when I got paid I wanted to trade the bitcoins for litecoins.
I tried using the private address on mtgox but it's saying it's empty... What am I doing wrong? I'm new to this and my question might sound stupid to some people, but please I need help.

It's hard to say exactly what caused it...but the important thing is getting access to your coins, which will happen only when your ID is verified. You should have been given a number in the verification queue. You can use this to estimate how long the delay is going to be.
Do you have more than one account on the IP, that might have limited your access to your account.
Ive been waiting a week now for verification, and im still at 8500 in the queue (I started at 18k)
After I want to withdraw BTC from MtGox, I get this message: Your account is currently pending review, please visit https://mtgox.com/forms/verification
I cannot withdraw as "little" as 6 BTC. There is a notification above, however:
BTC : You can still withdraw up to 100.00000000 BTC provided you have enough on your account (your limit is 100.00000000 BTC per 24 hours )
USD : You can still withdraw up to $1,000.00000 provided you have enough on your account (your limit is $1,000.00000 per 24 hours and $10,000.00000 per 30 days)
I have sent them scans of documents yesterday, but I thought there was no need for this when transferring small amounts per time period.
I have mistyped my password few days back too many times and my IP had been blocked for 24hrs as a consequence. To avoid this, i have accessed MtGox via other IPs and tor network as well. There might be some connection.
My question: why did this happen and how can i get to my BTC's ASAP and how long will it take?
