Did you try to clear your cache and cookies?
Just to make sure this problem isn't caused by your pc/browser try to access quoinex via other pc or mobile phone

If it still happening, then the problem exists on their end and only their techs can fix it.

How long has it been since you contacted them?
If it's still a few days it is still fall under normal response time

Because of the massive increase in bitcoin price at a very short term, the exchanges are being flooded with new users.
New users= Much more new tickets to deal with, which means that you are less likely to get answer for your ticket as the support team is working really hard, or not working at all( some exhcnages decide to disable support team so they can work on other problems on the site).

It's really hard to get a response at any type of communication method as there is simply no one to give you an answer at the other side.
