Sometimes you have to learn from others mistake rather then making your own mistake to learn. And its wise to be on the safer side then to be sorry. So yeah, if someone has a Nuclear weapon or not, no need to test it. Let them have it in the cold storage and don't provoke them to fire it just for your confirmation of them having it.

As long as there is a possibility to produce such technology as the nuclear weapons, then there is no necessity for the doubts. By showing you proof that nuclear weapons exist, USA and Russia, needs to detonate some and you'll see the effects first whether it's a weapon of mass destruction before you believe? What if they detonate it and nobody is here to testify that it's real? I advice you not to worry yourself about whether nuclear weapon is real or not and focus on the damages that the already tested weapons have done, you've seen drones, tucano jets and that atomic bomb in Japan, you know the extent of damages that they can cause. If nuclear weapon happens today, you might not be around to testify whether it's real or not, so be careful of what you wish for. Politicians and the media can be deceptive but don't question a gun pointed at you whether the bullet inside is capable to kill or not.

My question for you is how exactly do you want the government or a country to proof to you in particular that they have nuclear weapons. From history I believe you should read some stories or past events where nuclear weapons are use in other countries that either lead to war or some thing else.

One thing I will advise you if you feel everything is a lie just live your life out of the news and focus on other things than complain too much.

Fun fact: in every lie there is an atom of truth. Even if our politicians and governments are lying to use the truth is not far from it.

Spreading ignorance and disinformation just makes you a tool for this "elite" that wants you dumb and easily manipulated, which you will be if you leave critical thinking and scientific method. If any info is as good for you, why would you cherry pick anything? Don't believe in gravity or yourself either. Don't believe humans need oxygen, or hot stove burns.

Most things aren't even matter of belief. You can verify them, or trust people who actually are experts of that fieds. That's why you don't call that punk-hippie from the park operating your appendix but leave it to a doctor who has an experience about that.

OP, if you don't believe that COVID-19 exists, or some countries do have nuclear weapons, what else do you believe? Because we as human beings must have something we believe in no matter how the government or media makes everything look real to their citizens.

With what we have seen happening in the world today, we don't have to dispute every piece of information we get from the media or the government because they serve as means we get to know about what is happening around us and the outside world. We can't start to be non-believers in whatever they tell us. We still need to accept what they tell us no matter how little it is and know how to deal with it because the information they pass on to us is very important for our living as human beings

Maybe you should get this right, one of the reasons you see the various happenings of one country to another in dispute is because of the nuclear weapons threats they have developed to have power over others, that's one of the political ways of how they play their dirty politics, this may not be visible to many because we are not exposed to what transpired amidst them, most of the developed countries will tells you they have and made it open statement, it's something common we've been hearing even though very disastrous.

Keep deceiving yourself about USA wether they have nuclear weapons or if actually what dey have is a real weapon or toy used to decive people. Am not a supporter of war or nuclear weapons but one thing I will tell you is that "a filled Tin does no make noise" those that knows there capabilities does not make noise untill you look for their trouble.

Nuclear weapons are not common like riffles which soldiers use on daily basis. Imagine what happened in Japan due to Atomic_bombings_of_Hiroshima_and_Nagasaki which covers a long distance in kilometres and killed thousands of souls . So what is the point showing off something that can distroy the nation. I believe since then many atomic bombs or nuclear weapons has been also updated dey can only function when the need arises. So don't even try to bring up complicated issues.

A lot has been discussed here and the essence of the OP is not to believe whatever we see in the news channels as news can be tweaked. But we need to understand one thing that not everything is fake because as far as nuke is concerned I believe there are many other countries secretly having nuclear weapons apart from those who have declared them. I know there are propaganda which are rolled out to create fear but I don't think news about nuclear weapon would be lie but yeah anything coming from the so called reliable source of USA is an utter lie just like they lied about weapon of mass destruction about Iraq and Saddam Hussein.

But majority of stuffs we see in news have multiple angles and it's presented to us in bits and pieces as it benefits them and their masters.
