Well, people are selling, the price is going down. Why won't it end good for them? They sell btc for a really good price, don't you think? The price we've seen only for the second time and who knows when we will see it again. I guess they are doing the right thing if they need money now. Do you really think the price is going to rise extremely soon?

I can not understand why ?
Are you asking why did go down, or why did it go back up. I don't understand your decision, because it always goes back after a dip, has it ever been different in the history if bitcoin? It's just the matter of time when it's back at the original value.

Offer escrow, receive negative trust
When investing in tech that could bring the world into a new age for fail completely looking for 15% gains.. just.. why are you here lol.
If played correctly this will only result in the accumulation of BTC w/ no additional capital inflows. There's nothing wrong with it.

My bet is the current mindset is something along the lines of,  'might as well do some gambling now while Bitcoin is still pegged to fiat'

Why do people care about the USD value of your Bitcoins? Of course it's going to go up and down.

What matters most is that you have Bitcoins. What good is a small 5-10% even 20% ROI... Heck the fees and taxes eat that up mostly. If you believe in Bitcoin, then buy more on the dips. We want Moon-Level Returns.

I cannot preach this enough..

Why in the fucks of fucks is someone playing such a risky investment for a 15% gain... go play stocks... BTC is not for you lol.

I was shocked look at the price suddenly drop back to $890, wth those panic sellers doing?
Or, there are some big fish cash out to get instant profits? Hopefully, not fall less than $750.
But, still, I won't sell any coin.

Edit: Ahh, it rise again to $928
Just 3 minutes after you posted this, the price went back to $966.

Months ago, a price increase like that is already being celebrated by most of us (or at least by me). The $200 dip would be something that will make us feel devastated back then since we don't know when are we going to get back up. Today, we just had a $200 dip and then we can't understand whatever's happening right now.

I sold 0.05BTC at around 950$ just to make sure. Grin I admit I did panic sell. I do have some profits out of that anyway but not as much if I sold my coins at the peak. I was online when we were at 1,135$ range.

I feel bad for you because now the Bitcoin price going again towards $1000 and now it has climbed to $989 so it is only $11 far from $1000. I do not think price is drooping due to panic selling if it was panic selling than price would not climb back to $989. Panic selling continually decrease price but manipulation shake the price.

Yes, This pressure of selling bitcoin was strong and I was out of patience and I lost 15% of total capital .
That is so bad, guy. I 'm waiting for the bottom line to recover my bitcoins. I can not understand why ?

Good old volatile is back, damm i missed it lol.

Bitcoin always volatile in price matter. Every year this is happening price use to dump after January. Even in last we saw price price 480$ and dropped later January. However price will be steady from 950$ according to my view.

People are already in panic and started to sell , I can't say that this wasn't expected though. Hopefully the weak hands will sell and the holder will keep holding for long term.

The price of bitcoin will trade around current level for some time.

The weaker hands will be just trying to make a profit as much possible even when price is dropping. Others were just trying to hold the bitcoin, which is quite making the price being stable without much falls.

You have to be more clear... Are you talking about people panic selling due to the correction that we have seen today, or people cashout out profits at current levels. If the latter, then there is nothing wrong with cashing out a small portion of your coins if you have made a more than decent profit. If you talk about the first option, then yes, depending on what levels they bought their coins at, it's not going well for them right now. But that gives traders a very nice opportunity to buy back at lower levels. Where one person is screwing up, another person comes up celebrating the victory.

I have a feeling well see a quick sell to 900 maybe 800 then instantly back to 1100.

I think we'll hover around this level for a little while before a steady push upwards, if people need the money now then cash out and try to catch it back a little lower but don't be thinking we'll be seeing the $700 mark again.
