Topic: I finally got my bitpay visa refund, but not so happy (Read 131 times)
It's nothing weird, all services force their customer pay for fees, especially cryptocurrency exchange/services which have lots of hidden fees. Even BitPay add transaction fees when user make a payment.
Well nobody is responding but in my first post on this forum I will concur, TOTAL BS.
So, I would think everyone knows of the whole prepaid visa thing coming down. I finally got my refund but, THEY CHARGED ME the transaction fee to refund my money that was still on the card. I am thinking these folks have some kind of balls lol. I paid btc plus fees to get the card, paid btc plus fees to load the card, and they end up charging me fees to get the money I had left on the card , lol. I am supposed to get a free of charge card when and if they continue the program. So silly, end of rant.
