If you have PCs with proper motherboard connections for high end GPU's, they are profitable.  Currently mining $1000/month (US) on 5 rigs... some as old as you mention here.  But most profitable rigs are LTC, FTC etc.  mined via GPU, not BTC.... and with huge hashing power/difficulty increase BTC is becoming less and less attractive.

I can offer some help, if necessary.  Just reply to this post if interested.

The Radeon 6570 is the only card that has ever been able to remotely mine reliable MHash between 80-100 probably.  The one with the 6570 would be fine to "test" mining out or if you have free electricity, but not worth the cost to spend time setting it up if you are trying to actually earn BTC.  The other 2 aren't worth it at all.  Overall you will hear many form members say GPU mining is dead although many still do it so it's up to you, but don't plan on much of a return at all for your work.

Overall 100 MHash can do .11 cents a day and at 177Watt power consumption it is losing money the whole time it's running not even accounting for increasing difficulty unless statement above free electricity.
