Well I wish you luck. If it really is as good as an Idea that you think it i be prepared for at least 5 other ICO's copping your idea trying to 1up you because that is what is happening constantly now.

Well, was planning on making whoever helps me with my idea a part of the team behind the project, so we will all split any profits equally once the project is completed and launched

It is good that you have an idea about blockchain but the question is for the people who will help you, what will they get in return or how much are you going to pay them? Of course they will help you but I think it is not a charity work. You can make a bounty thread if you want to attract more skilled programmers that can help you with your idea.

I need to find people who know how to program to help me create it.... I dont really want to post about the actual idea behind it on a public forum.... Cause I dont really want anyone to take my idea and create it themselves without my consent... So if you are a programmer or if you have anything else of value that you could contribute to creating a new crypto/blockchain then please contact me by PM or email [email protected] so we can chat and you can tell me what experience you have when it comes to programming blockchains or how long you have been programming in general and once we have talked for a bit and I decide you are legit/qualified (Dont need to have been a part of any other blockchain type projects in the past or even have worked for any big businesses in the past, just need to prove to me that you know how to code well enough to make this idea into a reality) I will tell you my idea and we can start working on it. I just started taking some online python programming classes on teamtreehouse.com but it will prob take me a while to learn enough about programming to be able to program my idea myself...But if no one wants to help me out then I guess that will be the route I am going to have to take.
Would just much rather get this started asap PLUS would be kool to have someone/multiple people who have at least a few years of programming experience under their belts to help out with this cause I feel they would be able to add a LOT more value to the project then a noob like myself would be able to do since I am only just now starting to learn how to program...
My idea would solve some problems, its not just a dumb/ not thought out idea. Though I would appreciate any feedback about it and any ideas that would improve the idea would also be greatly appreciated and are welcome.
Oh and it would be based on some type of new POS type system that is unlike any other... At least that is what I am thinking anyways.
PM me or email me if you think you could help out in some way, lookin to form a team of reliable NORMAL people who can contribute in different ways to this project, and what I mean by normal people is people who arent a part of a big business or anything like that like a lot of these other ICO's and altcoins are formed of. Would like to show everyone that normal people who dont necessarily have college degrees or major work experience for a giant corporation can also create awesome and valuable new ideas and new altcoins. So help me make this goal into a reality and everyone can reap the rewards, not just the team, but also the people who invest in this project. Cause I can see it becoming a well known and valuable project.
