I have heard from many many people that they got an extra miner, or even the wrong model from BFL (usually was an upgrade).

I pre-ordered an ASIC miner from a company (company name witheld) a loooong time ago.  I was suppose to get 2 miners, instead I got 3.  I want to rub it in their face that I got an extra one for free but was wondering if I'm liable for any legal issues that may arise when they want it back which I will promptly refuse.
