Once again we have bounty hunter asking someone else to protect them from their own naivety and lack of constraint to avoid just about any bounty campaign there is.

Why do they keep selling themselves short and accepting these terms where more likely than not they will end up without anything at the end of campaign I'll never understand...

Q1. Is their any solutions from Bitcointalk Forum team if any project not pay Bounty hunters after completing Bounty and successful?
There is no so-called Forum team, and the scam doesn't moderate by forum hence from forum authorities we can't expect any action. The forum doesn't encourage to join in Bounty nor discourage.

Q2. Is it possible to take action against this type of project together?
Together? It's quite ridiculous. How many hunters even care about Bounty stake? They are happy to see the only stake in the spreadsheet. Does really they care or need a real token? I don't think so. Don't believe me? Check yourself how many project scam Bounty hunters and how many scam accusation has been created in the forum against such as a project. I can clearly recall when the accusation was made against BQT and there was less hunter who supports us. Even they weren't about it. So we (DT Member) fight for hunters but we hadn't get support from them. So don't expect too much.

The scam is not moderated members here can just give warnings and flagged so they cannot scam more people, I have been a victim of so many projects that didn't pay its members but the most I can do is to report them and create a scam accusation on those projects.

You can only ask DT here to tagged their project or ask people to support the flag, you don't want to waste money and effort just to trace them and file a case against them it will not work.

project not pay Bounty hunters

This kind of situations happen more often than you or we'd like. What can be done is not much, as you've seen from the previous answers.
What you can do is DYOR, be more cautious and stop jumping head first into bounties.
And also keep in mind that even if you do get paid for bounty campaigns there's a good chance the tokens you receive will be (almost) worthless in the moment you receive them or you'd want to sell them.

Looking at the theme you created, you are encouraging everyone to volunteer for this company.  This is how you need to treat all other bounty companies. Don't expect to be able to make good money with these types of companies. What can a forum do to save you from this evil? Advise you to sober up and understand that 99.9% of all bounty programs today will either not pay bounty hunters or give out their tokens, which will later turn to dust. It is often written here that bounty hunters have thick skin, after 3 unpaid companies, they get used to it and no longer complain.

At the very least, if such a thing happens you should create a proper scam accusation with proof of what was promised and proof of what was delivered (or not delivered). Unlike some users that pop in here, dump a bunch of screenshots from telegram or some shit like that, and expect others to do the legwork and figure out who's right.

That is if you really care about warning other users. As others explained above that's about the only thing that's really possible. You won't be able to extract the money if there was no escrow and the "project" refuses to pay.

Q1. Is their any solutions from Bitcointalk Forum team if any project not pay Bounty hunters after completing Bounty and successful?

Q2. Is it possible to take action against this type of project together?

1) Yes.  They will tell you to take some accountability for your actions and to leave negative feedback along with adding a flag on the scammer's account.

2) That's what the flag and negative feedback are for.

Granted, this isn't going to help you at all.  More than likely doing either of the two options suggested will result in your account being attacked by anonymous accounts and painted red with untrusted negative feedback.  Nobody will help you or care, and if you haven't kissed the ass of those in control of the DT network they may even add the trust abusers to their network in order to punish you for proper use of the trust network they seek to have control over (see LoyceV & suchmoon).

Really there is nothing you can do that matters and if you try to do anything it will only result in more negativity coming your way.  The best thing to do is make sure you're dealing with reputable members in the future, and you'll have to dig a lot deeper than the Default Trust network to figure that out.

I guess this is a lesson that you should never waste you time advertising for projects you are not sure will pay up.
And even if you are sure that they will give you the tokens they have promised, you shouldn't trust them easily.
Most of the ICOs/IEOs just generate tokens out of the thin air and at the best scenario, you will finally receive worthless tokens that should be held in your wallet forever.

฿itcoin for all, All for ฿itcoin.
With the exception of negative feedback left on the scammer's profile by DT members, there's nothing much that can be done. I guess this is a lesson that you should never waste you time advertising for projects you are not sure will pay up.

Always ensure that the tokens that they are going to be paid for the bounty tasks are at least escrowed or held by the bounty manager if he's trusted.

Q1. Is their any solutions from Bitcointalk Forum team if any project not pay Bounty hunters after completing Bounty and successful?
Charles-Tim basically gave you the right answer, but I'd put it in blunter terms: No.  This forum--or at least the administrators and moderators--won't help you one bit if you get scammed by a bounty that doesn't pay out.  You might get some help from individual members as far as leaving the scammers negative feedback, but that really doesn't help much and depends on the judgement of whoever's reading your plea for help.

Q2. Is it possible to take action against this type of project together?
You can fill out a scam accusation form and create a thread about how you got scammed and then point it out to whoever you have a complaint against, but from what I've seen in these situations that's about all you can do.  I've never seen anyone take legal action against a bounty that doesn't pay, nor have I seen any of them forced to pay out.  Most of the time the poor bounty hunters just cut their losses and move on.

Scam is not moderated on this forum.

19. Possible (or real) scams and Trust ratings are not moderated (to prevent moderation abuse).

Q2. Is it possible to take action against this type of project together?
The best you can do is to create a flag about the project, also leaving the project a negative trust will be fine. If other members see the flag valid, they will support it.

But know that the money not paid can not be pad agian, only the bounty manager can pay it and if not given, he will not be able to pay for it. That is why it is better to work with a bounty manager that has be escrowed funds to be paid for certain period of time.
