OP never comeback to this thread after posting this. It is really fishy.

"I would like to know if there is a way to go in the court and to judge him . I don't really care about the BTC , but to get this guy in jail " sounds a bit too emotional and staged

Why would you send anything without escrow? This is really basic stuff.

Because escrow cost a lot of money than getting scam

Most people here will escrow for free or almost free...

So is this a fake claim?

seems like that since the thread is 4 days old and OP hasn't responded to any replies, nor he has provide any details or may be he's just depressed after losing a huge amount of money.

He will respond very soon after he created a new address for donations in order to cover the btc he lost in the scam. What are we brothers in crypto for

Yep. The I got scammed scam has officially taken a turn for the absurd.

Wow this is pathetic; trying to sca.m like that, I have already seen that many times and it doesn't get better

Even at a really high 10% you would still be better off using it. As the poster above said you can find trusted escrow here for free.

In Collateral I Trust.
Hey people . I wanted to sell 3 BTC to a guy on this forum in exchange of some money via Skrill . After I sent him the BTC , he just deleted me and no longer responds to my PMs . I would like to know if there is a way to go in the court and to judge him . I don't really care about the BTC , but to get this guy in jail . PLEASE Tell me what should I do .

Username + Bitcoin Address would be useful. And proof of transaction. Not a ton of information, and why wouldn't you use escrow?

Details would be helpful. At least a name so no one else falls victim.

There is very little chance of you recovering those funds. Sorry to say, but you probably will just have to call it a loss. Best thing to do is learn from it and use a trusted escrow next time. Providing more information about the deal (username, pm's, any other relevant information) would be great so others can avoid this person.

Make the Bitcoin, don't let the Bitcoin make you.
Show us some proof.

Show the BTC transaction, show the private messages that were exchanged between you two, etc, etc.

Also the username would help.
