It is hard to say which side is telling the (complete)truth, but if hacking is in question I don't think hacker would came here to complain....

Well, if he believes he can possible get 79 ETC for free, i think he would. It's worth the effort don't you think? Undecided

Funds have been returned after this accusation, or? I will believe it if/when I see signed message from deposits address.

OP has been asked to sign a message in here and on the site's forum. And he hasn't yet, he claims he does not know how...but then again, how can you sign a message with an address you don't own Roll Eyes Notice how his only response after learning that the funds have been withdrawn back to one of the addresses(which OP supposedly owns) used to deposit is

they also agreed that they scammed someone by rigging results. Still you find it legit? I don't know if you are part of luckygames team or not but still you should talk after taking other incidents into account as well.

I do know about that incident and have come across a lot more on luckygames forum.
However, an innocent wasn't scammed but a scammer himself and the admin himself recounted the details regarding it.
Haven't come across a system which cannot be broken otherwise the internet would be free of hackers and such.

I am certainly not the guy who will put forward the right cheek if I get slapped on the left.
So, I find the admins action justifiable.
Personally, I would wish that such scammers go through a perpetual bad luck all their life, but such is never the case and they do always manage to dupe someone.

However, I apologise for getting side tracked and do believe my current comment is irrelevant to the discussion. So feel free to delete, if the mods deem so.

I think luckygames is responsible to provide facts and findings to it's genuine users and that job they are doing very well from last 2 years. Smiley
I wouldn't know that, as I said, I don't trust gambling sites who have been caught cheating players. It is not my fault that some people don't find cheating players wrong...probably because "it happened to the other guy".
I don't feel the need to satisfy time killer frustrated investigators who always like to jump in others issues without checking proper facts.

My understanding of scam websites is simple. Those who do not give any withdraws at any time. Otherwise they are legit.
And Luckygames surely fits in the legit category (100%) because I personally have withdrawn a lot more than the amount I ever deposited.
and am still doing it periodically. And I have been on the website for 575 days since registration now.


Well your personal experience might have been good but don't forget that the they also agreed that they scammed someone by rigging results. Still you find it legit? I don't know if you are part of luckygames team or not but still you should talk after taking other incidents into account as well.

Please make some more efforts in investigation and find out that there are 2 addresses which used to deposit funds in the account and the ownership claimed by him. Don't be lazy.  Wink

Even after withdrawal of funds (In account which is claimed by him as owner), the scammer keep on crying, why ? 

As per his details provided for ownership, first time he stated that he can not give IP because he was using VPN, Second time he stated that he was accessing account from a cyber cafe and third time he even provided IP address too. You think this is believable ??  Huh
If we are talking about site whose owner rigged result to cheat player in EV+ game, I think everything is possible. Funds have been returned after this accusation, or? I will believe it if/when I see signed message from deposit address.

The issues i see in case of Mr. Siemdagmaer were:

1. Failure to provide complete details at the time of account restoration.
2. Kept on creating multiple accounts when the first thread itself had received a reply. (Unnecessarily trying to force an action).
3. No knowledge of receiving his funds back in his wallet. (Even after getting the transaction proof, he enquires what he can do now, which is totally irrelevant).

To me all sites are rigged when I am losing a lot and legit when I am winning a lot.
So that's an observation based on personal experience.
Normal human tendency is to see fault in others before reflecting on self.

As I can see numbers are the same, so coins are in account owner's wallet. I don't really understand this:

No chance of recovery - If account was hacked then they should return it to original owner, unless it wasn't hacked, OP broke "multiaccounting" rule and they decided to close OP's account, take OP's funds and after scam accusation they sent coins back to that address.

It is hard to say which side is telling the (complete)truth, but if hacking is in question I don't think hacker would came here to complain....

This issue has been resolved. This guy was unable to provide a signed message from any of the addresses found in the transaction proofs he provided. Furthemore, the real owner of the account already has withdrawn his ETC to one of the address found in one of "siemdagmaer" deposit transaction proofs he used, which he obtained by apparently phishing the original owner.

I think i can read clearly that he granted the access to real owner of the account and the same you also can read very well.

You lied and failed to provide the required ownership information and even tried 4 different accounts to restore.

I think the case is solved and moderator can lock this thread.

Yes they finished investigation and reached on conclusion. Now my suggestion is to just wait for official explanation (findings on which they concluded the result) from the management. I am sure once admin will be online, he will provide the facts.

Creating one support ticket would have been enough. Now that you have multiple tickets they possibly might be thinking you are trolling and most likely made them confident to a point that you aren't the true owner.

As per my knowledge this user created multiple forum accounts and multiple support tickets and not only he tried one account but multiple different account's restore requests. So they may have found fishy in investigation ( which also confirmed by support team member @Gugajuca in his official forum topic)  and probably the administration blocked him to prevent causing problems to other genuine user accounts.

So my suggestion is to have patience and wait for official explanation from the management of Luckygames.

According to last post in this thread from their forum they made it final that the account has been permanently suspended. It seems like they were repetedly asking for some verifications that OP has failed to provide.

Investigation takes time buddy. I saw many websites even takes on an average more than 15 days to 30 days. In investigation there are a lot things which they need to inestigate, for example -- footprints, transaction history, IP history etc and luckygames is the one who known to finish investigations about disputed accounts earlier than other similar websites.

I don't think that a website having over 2100+ daily average active users will scam a particular user for 79 ETC. This fund is nothing for this kind of website.

From content and screenshots which you provided, seems you failed to provide genuine details about claim of your ownership. Even statement of the support team - "After a thorough check we found that the account does not belong to you." and "you have trespassed on other accounts and also suspended." -  shows that during investigation you failed to provide the ownership details and it is common that during investigation most of websites hold account suspended.

Also i am agree with @Avirunes -- a signed message from Ethereum Classic address(from which you deposited) would be fine enough or sending a screenshot of the transaction history of you had sent from an exchange.

How did they got to know that it was hacked? Plus I think mods and staffs were confused about your situation since you were unbanned in between. I think sending a signed message from Ethereum Classic address(from which you deposited) would be fine enough or sending a screenshot of the transaction history of you had sent from an exchange.
