Hey I'm not sure if this is the right section for this but here goes-

About 2 weeks ago I fell for one of the youtube scams where they hacked someones account and made a live stream claiming to match your bitcoin you send in. Dumb, I know.
It's a common scam. Forget about the money,
1. No one is going to give you free money by matching it by the amount you send to them or wise we would be having so many bitcoin millionaires around
2. Nobody is going to help you recover money you sent to unknown/anonymous scammers.
3. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible.

You can't get refund if you send bitcoin to wrong address, except if you know who have that wallet received bitcoin and you as they to give back to you  Cheesy.
That's why crypto is always highrisk and must more carefull.

Once you do sent out those coins then theres no way on getting it back unless that fucking scammer do willingly sent back those coins back into you which is the most impossible thing to happen.

People do claim out recovery service? Theyre all scam and just pretending that they can recover it out and what? charges you once again and you would need to pay again?

Take this as a costly lesson for you to learn that everything do looks too good to be true are most likely scams. So you should be careful on dealing with good deals.

There is nothing that can be done and anyone claiming they can help you is also a scammer. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible once they have confirmation on the blockchain. A lot of newbies learn this the hard way.

Unfortunately, nothing else you can do. Even it will take time and I understand it's hard to accept what happened, try to move on.

And next time, don't just easily be blinded by good offers. Always use your "common sense".

I found in the comments to this coinhouse article of a list of people who can help recover bitcoin but I can't help but think this is also a scam. Fool me once and all...

Don't believed at those. They are all "SCAM".

Should I just give up on it? It was all of my bitcoin so I'm hoping there is something I can do.
