Did you actually shut Komodo down in between copying all these wallet.dat files around? As wallet.dat files (for most of the Bitcoin Core clones anyway) are essentially just a database... if you don't shut the program down before copying/moving/renaming/overwriting etc, you can very easily end up with a corrupted file.

How did you make the backups exactly? Did you just shut down the app and then copy the wallet.dat? Did you copy the wallet.dat while the app was open? Huh

Are you sure that you copied that correct wallet.dat file? Because most cryptocurrencies wallets have a wallet.dat file, so if you try to open wallet.dat file belonging to some other cryptocurrency apart from KMD, it might throw an error. Other chances are the wallet.dat you copied the first time is corrupted or you entered the wrong password to open it. Since the error shown is very generic, I don't think that anyone here could help you, it is better to contact their support.

New wallet was not encrypted yet because once i created i moved to old wallet for a transfer once transfer was done i moved to new wallet then this error occur. If the file .dat is corrupted is there any chances to access it ?

I am not sure if you can restore it as I not much of a technical guy. I would advise you to take a backup of the files and then contact their discord support regarding the issue. You might get some help there.
Also, try this method, it might help not sure though - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D7Qsm8V3Lyk

You should contact "KomondoOcean" or whatever team of that wallet client to see what's their take on the problem. Or you could try to delete everything except wallet.dat or import your back up file and try to sync up everything all from the beginning.

Are you using 2 wallets in same device?
The process is correct, if you have wallet.dat for the new file, just keep a back up of that file and back up of old file.
Then start everything from the start. Delete everything and install the wallet again, replace the new wallet.dat file and check if it works. Sometimes, because of corrupted files, the file may not work properly.

Or you can also copy your new wallet.dat and replace it in the old wallet. That will work too. But make sure you have back up of every wallet.dat file.

I created a new wallet and copied new address and moved to old wallet for a transfer, transferred some coins from old to new then when i imported new wallet it shows me this error and it's impossible to access wallet (old wallet works fine). Also after this issue i did the same way with new wallet and it's working fine but the problem is that in 1st case transferred alot of coins. I got the new wallet.dat file but still not working.
