I would like to ask what is the best way to speed up the confirmation of an unconfirmed transaction. I heard about a website before which you can do it? Anyone?
Thats depend how much fee you included in that transaction. In viabtc tool its have a minimum 0.0001BTC/KB fee to use their tool.
Or like Lauda said you can rebroadcast your transaction but depends what wallet that you are using.
What wallet are you using? It is likely that your wallet keeps rebroadcasting the TX.

I'm not sure If you still have any chances on getting this transaction confirmed after one week or not, but here, you could give it a try: http://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/
I don't think its possible, unconfirmed transaction last up to 48 h from my informations. I mean, it should be dropped already as not successfull.
Maybe your wallet software just shows it at still unconfirmed, but its not there anymore.

A week long unconfirmed transaction may or may not be dropped already but you may try accelerating it using viabtc the other guy already gave the link. Can you post the txn link?
