I had invested in crypto since 2021 but haven't pay the tax for that

Hello, I need serious guidance on some of my questions:
1.) I started investing in crypto since 2021 and from that time i am in loss in 70-80% times. I used binance, gate, any many other echnages even metamask too.
Now In 2024, I cam somehow 20-30% in profit overall on my crypto portfolio but i did so many transactions. Even I don't remember many of them. I need suggestion, Like how can I pay tax on this? How can i sort all of these transactions.

2.) My boss received major amount of $ in my binance account in 2023 and then i send that amount to my boss metamask wallet address but in different one. Do i need to worry on this? I have't made any gains on it. That time he said that he don't have binance account so, Please receive this amount to your account and invest into this crypto and then i send those crypto to his metamask wallets.

3.) If i made some gains in 2025 from Crypto, then How woud i be able to pay the taxes to govt because my all amount is in crypto and no money is in my bank account. and there is not even safe way to withdraw the amount from Crypto. What should I do?
